Return policy

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your items and returns must be registered via our portal.

• Items must be in original, re-sellable condition and unused.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Original shipping, customs, and import charges are non-refundable.
• Gift cards issued as store credits for returns are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Return costs

In connection with the refund of an accepted return, we will charge £6, €6, or 60 kr (depending on your currency) for the shipment.

Free size exchanges within the EU

We offer free exchanges for a different strength or model of equivalent value (as long as the original item is in original condition and unused).

Exchanges must be registered via our portal.

Returns for “2 for 1” promotions

If you wish to return only part of the offer, no refund will be issued. For a refund, all products included in the offer must be returned.
