Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your purchases from and your use of wearglas.com and any other domains owned by GLAS Scandinavia AB (company registration no. 559152-7642, Högbergsgatan 97, 118 54 Stockholm, Sweden).
By placing an order and using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. Orders

Once your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
The confirmation includes all details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address.
If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at customerservice@wearglas.com.

Orders placed in another person’s name without their consent or otherwise will be reported to the authorities.


2. Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 2–7 business days.
Please note that orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
If there is a delay in delivery without prior notice, please contact customerservice@wearglas.com.


3. Taxes and Delivery Terms

All prices on the website include VAT where applicable.

We ship all orders as follows:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) within the EU, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom — meaning no additional customs duties or import fees for the customer.

  • DAP (Delivered At Place) for all other destinations — meaning the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import fees upon delivery.


4. Prices

Prices are shown in the local currency of each market (e.g., SEK, EUR, GBP, USD, NOK, CHF).
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier cost changes, currency fluctuations, misprints, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
A fixed return fee of €6 / £6 / 60 SEK will be deducted from the refund for approved returns.

We also offer free exchanges within 30 days if you wish to change to another model, color, or strength — as long as the product is unused and in original condition.

5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal

You must return the product without undue delay and no later than 30 days after notifying us.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, labels, and protective films.
If the product shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the decrease in value.

5.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized products such as prescription lenses (unless the product is faulty).

  • Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.


6. Complaints

All our products include a 12-month warranty.
Each item is carefully inspected before shipment.
If you still receive a defective or incorrect product, we will correct the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws at no cost to you.

Please contact support@wearglas.se before returning a faulty item.
Include your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we cannot replace the item with an equivalent product, we will issue a refund in accordance with consumer law.
Return shipping for approved complaints is covered by GLAS.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, government actions, or disruptions from suppliers.


8. Disclaimer

We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may result from the use or misuse of our eyewear.
By using our products, you acknowledge and accept these terms and any associated risks.


9. Intended Use

Our eyewear is intended for everyday use and is not designed as protective eyewear.
They are not suitable for use in hazardous environments or for protection against impacts, chemicals, or UV exposure beyond what is stated for each product.


10. Product Information

We reserve the right to correct printing errors or minor variations in color and appearance.
Colors may differ slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
We always strive to display our products as accurately as possible.


11. Cookies

We use cookies in accordance with the EU ePrivacy Directive.
Cookies help us improve your browsing experience and analyze website traffic.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.


12. Personal Data

By shopping at GLAS Scandinavia AB, you accept our privacy policy and the processing of your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
We only collect the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support or marketing (if you have given consent).
We never sell or share your data with third parties without legal basis.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

We use secure industry standards such as SSL/TLS encryption to protect your information.


13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
The updated version will be published on our website and considered accepted once you place a new order or continue using the site.


14. Disputes and Governing Law

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our customer service, you may submit a complaint to your local consumer protection authority.
In Sweden, this is the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)arn.se.
Customers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

GLAS follows the decisions of ARN or equivalent bodies.
All disputes shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
